CUSTOMER WILL DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD Bluesmurf, ITS OWNERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES AND VOLUNTEERS HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, INJURIES, DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR SUITS INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES, ARISING OUT OF OR RESULTING FROM THE ACTS, ERRORS, OR OMMISIONS OF THE CUSTOMER OR Bluesmurf IN THE EXECUTION OF THIS AGREEMENT. YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INTERFERANCE WITH ANY EXISTING CONTRACTS YOU MAY PRESENTLY HAVE OBLIGATIONS UNDER.
